Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of $25 must be paid at the time of booking. Hair is included. Please inform what color hair you will like when booking your appointment. Please be on time, if you are 15 minutes late an additional $25 will be added to the remaining balance of your service cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled and you will be required to rebook with a new deposit. Cancellations must be made 2 days in advance. Please come with hair blown out and washed to avoid an additional service fee. Please ensure that your hair is free of OIL. Thank you! The address will be given a day before your appointment. ***THE REST OF THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH!*** ** WAIST AND BUT LENGTH BRAIDS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $50.
